The Auto Mobil International show will be held in Leipzig, Germany at the end of this week, more precisely on June 1st. We’re sure that the show will host many goodies car fans will appreciate and among this there’s one we’re certain about and that is the CC R-Line coming from Volkswagen.

The R-Line version of the CC four-door coupe will be revealed at the auto event mentioned above and will go on sale in U.S at the end of 2012. The car comes with specs worth of paying attention to. Among these there’s the 2.0-liter, turbocharged TSI® engine that produces 200HP and you can opt for either six-speed manual transmission or for the six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

This R-line upgrade makes the CC four-door coupe a sportier vehicle than it already was adding exterior and interior enhancements. The large lower air intake and the projector-style fog lights give the vehicle a more aggressive look and the steering wheel for the DSG-equipped model comes with paddle shifters.

The car rides on the same 18-inch Mallory alloy wheels the Sport Plus features coming with standard Bi-Xenon headlights with LED Daytime Running Lights and the Adaptive Front-lighting System, LED license-plate illumination, Climatronic automatic climate-control and V-Tex leatherette seating surfaces among other things. We’ll get to know more about it quite soon. So, stay tuned if interested!
