Besides the already announced RS5 Cabrio and RS6 Avant, Audi prepares two performance models. We are most likely talking about the RS7 and the Q3 RS models.
Next year will be a busy year for the performance division of Audi RS. The Germans are planning to offer the public four new models, two of which we already know.
The first model will be the new Audi RS5 Cabrio, already presented to the public through a generous gallery. At its official show, Audi RS presented an image of its plan for 2013. Alongside RS5 Cabrio three new models lie covered with a white sheet. Two of them are still a mystery, but the first model next to the RS5 Cabrio is the very RS6 Avant model, which we already met last week.
Besides the known models there also might be a future performance RS7 version, based on the A7 Sedan Coupe, the rival for the freshly released BMW M6 Gran Coupe. The model would be powered by the same V8 engine of 560 HP.
In future plans, under the mysterious sheet hides an SUV. It would be the first model of this kind under the RS lable and practically the first reply to the BMW’s SUV M serie. Although judging from the dimensions displayed in the image, the first RS SUV could be a Q3, already anticipated by a model exhibited this year and equipped with a TFSI engine of 2,5 liters which offeres 355 HP.
